I am Dariahn, a lash and brow artist in Lilydale, Victoria. I started in a small spare room with no mentor, no plan, and a lot of hope that my adhesive would hold. Nine years and more than five thousand sets later I run a studio that clients drive across the Yarra Valley to reach.
I still lash every week. That matters more than it sounds. Everything I teach is something I used on a real client recently, not something I learned once and have been repeating since. When a technique stops working on real eyes, it changes in the course.
I teach because the gap I fell into after my first short course is one that almost every new lash artist falls into, and it does not need to exist. You should be able to ask someone. You should be able to send a photo of a set and hear exactly what to change. That is the whole idea behind Da'vine Beauty Academy.

Before you ask
Questions
None at all. The course assumes you have never held a pair of isolation tweezers. Every module is broken down slowly and filmed close, so you can pause, rewind and repeat until it makes sense. If you are already lashing, the retention and mapping modules are usually where working artists find the gap.
A Da'vine Beauty Academy Certificate of Completion, issued by me once you have finished the course and passed your practical assessments. That means sending photographs of your work for review. I do not issue certificates for watching videos.
This is industry training rather than a nationally accredited qualification. Most Australian beauty insurers accept a certificate of completion from an experienced educator for lash extension cover, though requirements vary. Please confirm with your insurer before you enrol, and email me if they would like the full course outline.

Yes, and this is the part I care most about. Send me photos of your sets and I will tell you specifically what to change. Your isolation, your placement, your weight, your mapping. Not a generic well done. That does not stop when you finish the last module.
The course is identical. The $799 option includes a professional lash kit posted to you, with the exact adhesive, tweezers, lashes and tools I use in the studio.
If you are a complete beginner I would recommend it. Sourcing your own kit means choosing between hundreds of near identical products with no way of knowing which will hold, and most beginners spend more than the difference on adhesive that was never going to suit them.
Yes. Afterpay is available at checkout, which works out to four payments of $99.75 for the course, or four payments of $199.75 with the kit. You get full access straight away, not after the final payment.
Everything is online and self paced at the moment. A single in person day gives you a few rushed hours, where this gives you lifetime access and ongoing feedback for a fraction of the price. If in person days open at the Lilydale studio, my email list will hear first.
